Administrative/Customer Service position supporting Technical Services. Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 PM PST. Local candidates only for the Los Angeles Data Center Office.
Description:
- Directly supports Director of Technology in administrative and clerical duties including scheduling and organizational issues within the technical services department.
- Customer liaison for Technology Department.
- Assists with setting up servers and basic administrative duties as it pertains to technology.
- Expands knowledge of technical services department and fills in where needed.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Basic office software programs | MS Office.
- Knowledge of Internet and email correspondence.
- Understanding of spam and how it works.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines and quotas with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to strictly maintain confidential data.
